Yip it’s finally here and for me it was day 1 on my new Kickstart Change Plan!
It’s the first of what I hope to be many plans and what I hope will be the plan that gets you into strength training! My ultimate goal is to help women on the path to lifting and to show them that lifting does not make you “manly” or “bulky”.
It’s also the first step toward my goal of helping others make the move from processed to homemade food, as former ready meal addict, I’ve learned that making food from scratch isn’t actually as hard, time-consuming or expensive as you may think!

Yep it’s finally here! Yesterday I recorded the very 1st episode of “Homemade Gains”; the place where magical food is made (& also where I can product placement my own Tanks and tees hehe)!
Episode 1 features my protein honeycomb recipe (it can now also be found here on the blog). There’s definite improvement in this weeks video (though I think nerves are certainly still in there). Mostly in that I keep saying the honeycomb is “pretty good” when it is actually very damn good! Although, looking at my attempts last week, it does show that to get better at something you have to keep on doing it. I’m going to have to get busy in the kitchen and make it ultra awesome then!

I have recently gotten quite into my Bread making, it gets you a loaf of fancy artisan Bread for pretty much the price of a standard supermarket loaf (I’ll have to do the math to confirm but it’s definitely very affordable)! Also kneading dough is very stress relieving for me and it smells magical.
So today I made my very own Bread recipe, Buckwheat Bread and since it turned out nice (yay!) I’ve made a new section in my free recipes for breads and Bakes!

I wanted egg mayonnaise on toast today as a snack but I had no mayonnaise (nooooo). So I boldly experimented and created this little beauty using Yogurt instead! Click the photo to go to the recipe and try it out (its yum)!
