Quick Eats: Chocolate Peppermint Protein Shake

Blenders make shakes a wee bit magical!

What you’ll need:

  • 6 ice cubes
  • 250ml coconut milk 
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp peppermint flavouring 
  • 1 scoop chocolate, vanilla (or I used GoNutrition peppermint snaps) protein powder 

To make it extra special also add:

  • 1/2 avocado 
  • 1 extra tbsp of cocoa powder (I’d also add this if you’re using vanilla protein powder)

What to do:

  • Chuck it all in a blender and blend until smooth!

Seriously it’s that easy and tastes awesome, the hardest part is having to clean the blender afterwards (but that’s just me being lazy)
