- 1 Mackerel fillet (cooked as per the packet instructions)
- Handful of Salad leaves (fresh/homegrown, bagged, store bought – your choice!)
- 1-2 portions of veggies (I usually go for 4 cherry tomatoes, a carrot or handful of sugarsnap peas)
- Dressing (I opted for Nando’s “Lemon & Herb” sauce)
- Optional – little side of bread!
What you need to do:
Minimal assembly required, just chuck it all in a Bowl, drizzle on a little dressing and you are good to commence snacking!
