Chicken Salad Bowl 


What you’ll need:

  • 80g Cooked Chicken 
  • Handful of Salad leaves (fresh/homegrown, bagged, store bought – your choice!)
  • 1-2 portions of veggies (I usually go for 4 cherry tomatoes, a carrot or handful of sugarsnap peas)
  • 1 hardboiled egg
  • Dressing (I opted for Nando’s “Mango & Lime” sauce)

What you need to do:

Minimal assembly required, just chuck it all in a Bowl, drizzle on a little dressing and you are good to commence snacking!
